Brightest Star Empty Brightest Star

I was bored today, i'm home from schoooooool. So i wrote a poem, kinda long? Dunno. Anyways, tell me what you think guys.

I'm sitting on my bed,
just waiting for the day to go by,
I wonder if it's true what you said,
' I will love you until i die ',

You are the smile on my face,
you are the sun on the sky,
you are the tear i can trace,
you are a bird that can fly,
you are the brightest star on the sky tonight,
bring me wherever so i only have you in sight,

The sound of your laughter lingers in my ears,
a image of your eyes sets my gaze,
you take away all of my fears,
you make me laugh on the darkest days,

In the corner of my eye i see something that reminds me of you,
a rainbow in the brightest shade of blue,

You will forever be the brightest star in my life.
